Andrew hosted a panel for people who were a part of the 1954 Fayetteville High School desegregation. Participants included teachers Feriba McNair and Harry Vandergriff and students Glenn Sowder, Nancy Mays, Jerre Van Hoose, Roberta Lackey Morgan, and Peggy Taylor Lewis. He did a great job and even received a follow-up letter addressing him as "Dr. Brill".
