Two Months Old

Madeline is two months old! We can't believe how quickly the time has gone. She is a joy and treasure in our lives and is growing daily and doing very well. Thanks to all who pray for her and love her!

Christmas

We are truly blessed by the birth of Jesus and we enjoyed celebrating this Christmas with our families. All was especially more exciting with Madeline to share it all with. She is a great joy in our lives!

Meeting the President

We went to Little Rock for Elizabeth's graduation and Madeline got to meet Bill Clinton. She was thrilled, of course!

Baby Dedication

This Sunday we had Madeline dedicated at New Heights. We read John 1:12 as her Scripture and both our families came as well. It was a sweet time.

Madeline Grace-One Month Old

Wow! I can't believe Madeline is already one month old! It has been a great first month!

Thanksgiving & Family

We celebrated Thanksgiving on Wednesday evening at the Caldwell home and then again on Thursday at the Brill home. Good thing we all love turkey!

Ella Marie Caldwell

My brother Andrew & his wife Kelsey had their baby on November 18th. Ella weighed 8lbs & 8oz. and both mom and baby are doing great!

First Bath

We gave Madeline her first bath last night and she was not a big fan! It was comical to watch her face. Needless to say, we made it a quick bath!

We had to go back to the hospital to do a hearing test and she looked so snug and cute in her car seat. She fell right asleep when we got in the car. And she passed her first test-she can hear! She is already achieving things. The other pictures are from when we first came home.

Glow Worm Baby

When Madeline is in her "tanning bed" as we call it, she looks like a little glow worm!

Madeline Grace Brill is here!

Wow! We can't believe it but Madeline Grace arrived on Sunday, October 28th at 6:36pm. She weighed 6lbs 2oz and is 19 1/2 in. long. She was 3 1/2 weeks early and has had a few complications but nothing serious. God has graciously provided for all her needs and ours as well. We got to come home Thursday afternoon and she is now being treated for her jaundice via an in home Bili light. So far, she is doing beautifully! We are so thankful for everyone who has come by, prayed, encouraged, called, brought food, and so much more. Thank you for loving us!

Baby Shower

We were blessed last week with a great baby shower! Thanks to everyone for loving and caring so much for our family! For those of you who don't know, we have decided to name our baby girl Madeline Grace Brill. 6 weeks to go!

Andrew-The Historian

Andrew hosted a panel for people who were a part of the 1954 Fayetteville High School desegregation. Participants included teachers Feriba McNair and Harry Vandergriff and students Glenn Sowder, Nancy Mays, Jerre Van Hoose, Roberta Lackey Morgan, and Peggy Taylor Lewis. He did a great job and even received a follow-up letter addressing him as "Dr. Brill".

Painting

Mom, Becca, Lauren, and Dad came over this weekend to help Andrew & I paint the baby room. We still have more to do but it is a fun process!

Birthday Fun

Becca came up for our birthday weekend and we went to La Huerta for lunch. We got a birthday surprise when the staff came and put hats on our heads and sang to us! We also got a treat of yummy sopapillas!

SkyDiving Adventure

For Christmas, the kids gave Dad a skydiving certificate and this past weekend he jumped! It was fun for him and fun for us to watch!

28 Weeks!

Well, finally I am posting again. Here I am at 28 weeks along. Only 12 weeks to go and I am still feeling very good. We had our 2nd ultrasound and confirmed we are having a girl. Yea! Still no name yet but we will keep you posted.
